Boohoo takes Pride by storm

Proud of their Manchester heritage, Boohoo.com wanted to support the local LGBT+ community by sponsoring the Manchester Pride celebrations in 2019.

The theme of the event was Deep Space Pride: A Future World of Equality.

I wanted to create a theme which reflected on the past whilst looking toward the future. A place where what is on the inside is both accepted and reflected on the outside. A mirror to the future.

This foundation was developed and represented by our giant disco ball. The disco ball is a most treasured party symbol which has been adopted by the LGBT+  crowd and their love of D.I.S.C.O. It tells everyone that this is where the party is. We created multiple touch points throughout the festival, from a float which took pride of place at the front of the procession to an interactive Photo Booth within the festival.
